Currently Raju is using Customer Experience as a compass to lead his Operational Excellence priorities for East West Bank, a commercial bank with core competency in building a bridge between the East and the West. In his capacity, Raju has led numerous transformational initiatives in Retail, Commercial credit, Mortgage and many back office functions. With his focus on process driven changes, he has led three successful acquisitions for East West Bank.
In his prior assignments, Raju was instrumental in Lean and Six Sigma deployment in Bank of America Technology and Operations. Raju has also lead numerous lean transformations in a variety of manufacturing industries in his consulting career and developed a very popular 14-week Lean Enterprise curriculum for the San Diego State University where he served as an Adjunct Faculty for more than ten years.
In his spare time Raju tries to capture nature’s magical moments through his photography and takes every opportunity to soak nature through long hikes in local mountains. His most recent adventure was hiking Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.
Christian has more than 23 years of experience in financial services and support in service bureaus and bank environments with industry leaders, including 13 years of managerial experience in operations, customer service, and technical services.

Nikos is currently the Director of Business Strategy and Marketing Technology at Rocket Fuel, a big-data adtech company which leverages artificial intelligence to create more meaningful brand experiences. Nikos is also a sought-after speaker, consultant, and blogger on topics regarding innovation, big data, design thinking, emerging technologies, and brand experience optimization. He has over fifteen years of leadership experience in designing and bringing media and marketing technology platforms to market, specializing in driving product development, go-to-market, and launch initiatives for blue-chip brands, enterprise platforms, and tech startups from end to end. He has also written, produced, directed, and starred in various lifestyle, news, travel, reality, and entertainment series, and has hosted internationally broadcasted award shows and special events. Nikos has a BA in Communication from the University of the Pacific, an MFA in Writing from the University of San Francisco, and is a Masters of Design Thinking candidate at Stanford University, and PhD Psychology candidate at Pacifica Graduate Institute. He currently lives in Chicago, Illinois
