Alex Jimenez is a VP and Senior Strategist at Zions Bancorporation, where he leads the overall technology investment planning process for the office of the CIO. Prior to his current role he was a Principal Consultant at AJ & Associates advising Financial Services organizations and those that work with them in the areas of digital banking, payments, innovation and general strategy. His other recent experience includes developing and managing Digital Banking and Payments Strategy at Rockland Trust, a community bank in Eastern Massachusetts. He was also Chair of the Consumer Bankers Association’s Digital Channel Committee, where he worked with Digital Banking leaders in the industry and visited Capitol Hill to meet with the Senate’s Banking Committee staff.
