John McNally is a Managing Director in Accenture’s Financial Service Distribution & Marketing practice with over 20+ years of delivering high performance impact to a diverse set of client engagements. He is known for helping Financial Services clients define customer service and customer acquisition strategies, as well overseeing the ensuing company transformations. He also serves as the global sponsor for Accenture Financial Services Contact Center transformation offering helping clients apply new delivery models in the age of digitization in North America and globally. Programs under his direction address the human + digital convergence facing the customer, and the practical application of data that fundamentally changes how relationships are delivered. John graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering and concertation in Economics from Northwestern University.
