Tuck Ross is an award-winning, strategic innovator with 13+ years of digital, marketing, ecommerce, retail and management experience in consumer-centric, high-performance environments. Tuck joined BBVA Compass in 2015 as SVP, Digital, to assist the digital transformation of the bank and develop and implement the digital marketing strategy. Responsibilities include product and consumer marketing, digital strategy, social media and content, sales acquisition, retention, and the customer relationship cycle. Prior to BBVA Compass, Tuck led marketing & digital strategy at Guitar Center. He also spent time at Disney, Hasbro, Bank of America, and Ergobaby, driving retail and entertainment marketing and sales, CRM, paid & social media, content, and digital product development.
